Physician Assistant to:
R. William Junius, III, M.D.

Victoria "Tori" Marcel is a board-certified and licensed physician assistant at Crescent City Orthopedics. She was born and raised in New Orleans, where she graduated from Ursuline Academy High School in the top 10 of her graduating class.

She attended Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge and earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology. While attending LSU, she was involved in multiple leadership roles on campus, including Leadership LSU and the Alpha Phi sorority as a founding member and president as well as a Tiger Twelve member. The Tiger Twelve is a group of 12 seniors selected by the LSU Dean of Students. This honor is awarded to those who have contributed positively to the life of the campus and the surrounding community.

After graduating from LSU, Tori moved back to New Orleans and worked as a medical assistant at the Hand Center of Louisiana. In May 2018, Tori started PA school at LSU in Shreveport and was elected as the vice president of her class.

In August 2020, Tori graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree and earned the Excellence in Research award for non-pharmacological therapeutic interventions for low-back pain.

Tori moved back home to Southern Louisiana to start her physician assistant career, and her passion for orthopedics has been a driving force in reaching her career goals. In September 2020, she began her career as a physician assistant at Crescent City Orthopedics in Metairie.
