We are proud to offer online scheduling for all provider appointments as well as online appointment requests for physical therapy and MRI appointments. Please use the links provided below to schedule an appointment or submit your appointment request online.  

Emergencies

If you have a serious medical problem and are seen in the emergency room, the hospital emergency room doctors are well-trained and able to perform appropriate initial care. They will make a referral to Crescent City Orthopedics for follow-up care if you choose a specialist in our practice. If the orthopedic injury is complicated or severe, we are available and will respond to the emergency room doctor’s request.
