Physical Therapy Patient Reviews
“I have been going to physical therapy at Crescent City Orthopedics for a few years for my knee. The environment is incredible. They know their patients. They genuinely care about every single one of their patients, and I truly know they want to see them get better.
“The medicine and the therapy are important, and they are awesome on the physical therapy no question, but also the environment and the mental part of it are equally therapeutic in moving forward. There, you feel seen and heard and respected. Unfortunately, that’s not all that common these days.
“Chase is awesome. Not only is he great with other patients, but I see him with the other therapists, and he really knows how to get them going and show support to keep things running well. Joseph, Caitlin—everyone I’ve worked with is great. What they do is so impactful.”

“I was dealing with issues in both knees and had no idea where to go when a customer suggested I try Dr. William Junius. My wife made an appointment with him, and he instantly made us feel at ease. He explained what was wrong with my knees, what needed to be done, and we scheduled to have a full replacement of my left knee in January 2023. I saw his physician assistant Tori Marcel at each subsequent visit, and she is absolutely a sweetheart to deal with.
“After in-home PT, I scheduled an assessment for physical therapy at Crescent City Orthopedics with Elizabeth Rieger. I was very apprehensive when I walked through the door that first morning, but I was met with a smiling ray of sunshine known as Liz. She instantly made me feel like I'd made the right decision and that everything was going to be OK.
“At 66 years old, I still install windows and doors for a living, and I had a lot of struggles post-surgery with my knee therapy. I was in PT for 13 weeks and didn’t return to work for 17 weeks from the day of my surgery.
“I had Madison Morris with me for most of my therapy sessions, and she came to understand how to get the best from me. She was very understanding and encouraging during my roughest days and helped me through the process. When I was ready to leave therapy, she made sure I had all of the information I needed to keep getting stronger once I left. She urged me to go to a gym in order to continue my machine workouts and keep my progress moving in the right direction. For the rest of 2023, I went to the gym 3 days a week at 6:00 am so I could go to work afterwards. While at the gym working the machines, I could almost hear Madison's voice in my head prompting me to keep going to get better. I continued at the gym to rehab my left knee while trying to prehab my right knee.
“In January 2024, I did my 1-year visit with Tori, and we scheduled to have a full replacement of my right knee. What a difference a year made: my right knee progress could not have gone any better. I did my initial assessment with Liz (still a ray of sunshine) again and some reassessments with Jonathan "Chase" Caldwell. Chase is very professional and easy to understand in helping you to get you where you want to be. I did most of my therapy sessions with Joseph Greco. He has a very low-key approach to therapy, strong yet gentle, and very much a joy to work with. I had Hillary Lozano some, and she was such a delight as well, diligent yet quite sensitive to your needs. This time, I was in therapy for only 8 weeks and went back to work 9 weeks from the day of my surgery. My first job was a house full of window replacements. Liz made sure I was equipped with the information I needed to continue my recovery journey.
“I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of both my full knee replacements. On the surgical side, Dr. Junius did exactly what he said he was going to do and set my expectations accordingly. Tori managed my expectations quite well and was such a pleasure to deal with at each visit . . . and NEVER failed to respond to an email I sent her. Brandon Laborde in their office has been invaluable in correspondence as well.
“On the physical therapy side, it's such a calming environment to try to get beyond the pain you’re feeling. There’s always light music overhead, and the staff is professional, welcoming, friendly, energetic, and kind. I would highly recommend Crescent City Orthopedics for surgery and equally their physical therapy department for your recovery after surgery.”
