Jonathan “Chase” Caldwell, P.T., D.P.T., was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Chase attended LaVergne High School in 2008 and later received his bachelor's degree at Middle Tennessee State University with an emphasis in exercise science in 2013. Chase then moved to Louisiana, where he attended the Delgado Community College physical therapist assistant program in 2016. Chase then went on to earn his doctoral degree in physical therapy at AdventHealth University in Orlando, Florida, in 2019. 

Chase is an avid fisherman and loves outdoor sports and competitive sports, including football, baseball, and basketball. He emphasizes his specialty toward sports and orthopedics. He is dry needling certified and is proficient in spinal manipulations as well as McKenzie-based exercises and protocols and can treat any orthopedic injury with any age group. Chase has been at Crescent City Orthopedics since 2020 and is currently a lead therapist for his team.
