Back Strain

Symptoms

• Mild to severe pain in the affected area
• Muscle spasms
• Difficulty moving or bending the back

Causes

• Overuse or repetitive strain of the muscles in the back, such as lifting heavy objects or twisting awkwardly
• Sudden and forceful movements that may happen during activity, a fall, or a car accident
